Leave Rules

If the child wishes to take more than two days off, prior permission must be obtained or the school must be notified. Otherwise, a warning letter will be issued. If this occurs again, harsh action will be taken. The application for leave must be filed to the teacher of the class. For leave of more over one week, the Principal must be consulted first.

The names of frequent absentees will be removed from the school record.

When a child returns to school after being absent for medical reasons, the information must be supplied in writing, and a medical certificate must be submitted together with an application to the Grade Teacher.

Attendance is required at all school Unit Tests and Activities.
